Will REXSHADES Snow Goggles fog up?
Our snow goggles use a double-layer lens with an anti-fog inner sheet. The two layers keep warm air from your face away from the cold outer lens, which is what causes fog. Vents and breathable triple-layer foam let moisture escape.
Tip: keep the vents uncovered by scarves or face masks for the best results.
Can I wear them over my prescription glasses?
Yes. REXSHADES Snow Goggles have an OTG (over-the-glasses) design with a roomy frame and side channels for your glasses' arms, so you can ski with your glasses on without painful pressure.
Do they fit with a ski helmet?
Yes. The wide elastic strap has silicone grip lines on the inside that hold onto your helmet, so the goggles stay put on every turn. The curved frame is designed to sit close to most helmet brims.
Which lens is best for cloudy or low-light days?
Mirrored lenses are made for bright, sunny days. They cut snow glare and keep your eyes comfortable in strong light. For heavy clouds, fog or night skiing, a lighter lens (yellow, rose or clear) will show bumps and terrain better.
Do I really need UV protection on the snow?
Yes. Snow reflects most of the sun's UV rays back at your eyes, and UV gets stronger at higher altitudes. It also passes through clouds, so you need protection even on grey days. All REXSHADES Snow Goggles block 100% of UVA and UVB rays with UV400 protection.
Are the goggles durable?
The frame is made of flexible TPU that bends without breaking, and the PC lens is impact resistant. Store them in a soft bag and avoid wiping the inner lens while it's wet to protect the anti-fog coating.
